This candy machine is available in two models, TMHT600 and THHT1000, for small and large candy kitchens. Both models can be identified based on their production capacity, steam consumption, electric power needed, compressed air consumption, and size. 150~200 kg/h candies cand can be produced with TMHT600, while 300~500 candies can be produced with TMHT1000. A number of equipment are integrated in this machine. Stainless steel is the material used for the machine frame and many parts, in order to maintain cleanliness and increase the life of machine.

 

PROCEDURE:

  • All ingredients are dissolved and cooked in the pre-mixer.
  • To achieve an appropriate moisture level, the basic slurry is continuously pumped to a cooker until the level is reached.
  • The slurry is left to cool down and once it is cool mixed with a separate whipping agent solution.
  • The cool marshmallow base is undergo a continuous aerator.
  • The base is then divided and injected with several flavors and colors.
  • The extruded multi-color product is then passed on a cooling conveyor.
  • Either starch or a mixture of starch and icing sugar are dusted on conditioned marshmallows in a separate dust cabin. The products is then cut to desired length.
  • A strict control over dust cabin prevents the dust to spread throughout the plant. The excess starch/sugar is then removed.
  • The final product is passed to a packaging line.
