Product Description
This line is production of ball and other spheroids in gum, lemon and strawberry shape chewing gum. Solid or hollow form with or without filling will be made on the line. The ball machine makes rope of paste delivered from the extruder via to appropriate conveyor belt, cuts it into the correct length and shapes it according to the forming cylinder.

FAQs of High Quality Factory Price world class bubble gum producing line:
Q: How does the bubble gum producing line ensure hygienic operation during production?
A: The production line is built with stainless steel for hygiene and durability. It features an integrated continuous mixing system and a CIP (Clean-in-place) cleaning system, making routine maintenance both quick and thorough, thereby supporting food safety compliance.
Q: What product shapes and packaging formats can this line support?
A: The equipment accommodates multiple product shapes including square, stick, pillow, and ball. Packaging options include single wrap, double twist, and pillow pack, thanks to auxiliary machines like wrapping and pillow packing machines.
Q: When is it necessary to use manual ingredient feeding instead of the automatic option?
A: Manual feeding is typically used during changeovers, small batch production, or when ingredients require gentle handling. For most high-volume operations, the automatic feeding system streamlines input and reduces labor requirements.
Q: Where is this bubble gum production line best installed and operated?
A: For optimal performance, the line should be installed in an industrial environment with a controlled temperature range of 5C to 40C and humidity levels 85% RH. Its ideal for use by manufacturers, exporters, distributors, and food processing suppliers.
Q: What is the typical process flow from mixing to final packaging on this line?
A: The process begins with ingredient feeding (automatic or manual), followed by continuous mixing. The gum mass is shaped, cooled via the automatic tunnel, cut, and finally packaged using configured formatsall under PLC control for accuracy and efficiency.
Q: How many operators are required for full operation of this line?
A: Depending on the specific configuration and automation level, 2 to 4 trained personnel are usually sufficient to handle and oversee the complete production process, making it labor-efficient for industrial-scale output.
Q: What are the main benefits of using this bubble gum production line for manufacturers?
A: Manufacturers benefit from adjustable high-speed production, customizable capacities, stable performance, energy savings, hygienic design, and user-friendly controls. These features contribute to high productivity, cost efficiency, and adaptability to different product specifications.
